In this class, you will work on the project of your choice with the assistance of a skilled instructor. Finish those many UFO’s or start a new project with techniques that are unfamiliar to you. This is a great time to learn new techniques and share with other sewing enthusiasts. | #19 SEWING MACHINE STRATEGIES
In this class you will learn to use all the accessories that came with your machine. Create a sample book of all the many stitches you will accomplish. We will insert a zipper, make button holes, a blind hem, hem jeans, sew on knit fabric, mend a tear in fabric, and so much more. This class is for the beginner or new machine owner who wants to catch up with all the new notions available to make sewing easier. Bring to class: sewing machine with all accessories, basic sewing supplies and 2 spools thread ( 1 light, 1 dark).

This awesome bag features all the wonderful things we look for in a purse; many pockets in convenient locations and easy access. You can make it dressy or casual just by the fabric you choose. While creating your bag you will learn to make a welt pocket with a zipper closure, quilting multiple layers together to get that firm structure, make your own bias tape for trim and more. A supply list will be provided upon registration. Purchase of pattern required.
